The following is a list of terms and expression used throughout DAOwnunder. Hopefully you find to it be a useful addendum towards a better understanding, herein.

Koori: Used in general reference to Aboriginals usually in New South Wales, and Victoria. Is not relating to a specific tribe or group.

Tjamu (phonetic): Usually applies to an elder male, uncle, and or older male relative or mentor. A word of respect or position, depending on the relationship /context.
